Dennis Saunders of San Rafael, Calif., is a peeping tom. Sure, his last conviction was in 2002 but like alcoholism, once the devil's got you, you're always devilish. Thus, Mr. Saunders is, was and will be a peeping tom and has had peeping tom run-ins with the law over a 23-year period from 1979 to 2002. Impressive.

When Saunders wasn't out peeking through venetian blinds, or videotaping women where he was a building manager (ugh!), he was home watching porn and had built up quite a substantial collection (some 500 movies - many of which he shot himself - and 250 magazines). This is remarkably similar to MEAT BALL's place...

During a 2002 investigation, the police confiscated his porn, which was in violation of his parole. But that didn't stop Saunders. When he was released from jail due to good behavior, wait for it...he sued the city to get his porn back!

Now, after tens of thousands of dollars spent by the city, and with the case finally scheduled to be heard next month, Saunders and his attorney have decided to drop the suit because his lawyer said the suit was bringing Saunders "a great deal of unwanted attention."

Gee, we would think when you go sneeking around the neighborhood taking videos of women taking off their panties any attention would be unwanted. So why the sudden turnaround?

Sauders' pro bono (or perhaps pro boner) lawyer, Jon Rankin, said Saunders no longer wanted the porn back because "The possession of these adult movies is incompatible with Mr. Saunders' current Christian orientation, which has helped him overcome his voyeurism problem."

Oh for fuck's sake, that's lamer than the actual peeping!
