Django Kill
Blue UndergroundThough it isn't a "gay movie," per se, rumor has it that Django Kill... If You Live, Shoot! features gay cowboys and bare-chested male bondage. As it was made in 1967, we don't expect the most politically correct portrayal.
Tomas Milian stars as a half-breed bandit double-crossed and left for dead who rises from the grave to seek his revenge. But when his quest leads to a bizarretown called "The Unhappy Place," he is plunged into an odyssey of gruesome torture, graphic violence and relentless sexual depravity. This is the landmark movie that fans and critics still consider to be the strangest - and most controversial - "Spaghetti Western" ever made. This is Django Kill! Director Giulio Questi and co-writer/editor Franco Arcalli shocked the world with this hallucinatory tale of greed, corruption, perversion and beyond.
Reasons to Buy
- I'm told this movie has some gay cowboys. Considering this was made in Italy and Spain in 1967, I'm not exactly expecting Brokeback Mountain.
- I do know for sure that the movie has some bare chested male bondage. That is always nice!
- Prepare for an onslaught of Django flicks coming in the near future. Quentin Tarantino is directing a new Django movie that comes out this Christmas.
