When Delusia breaks out of prison she embarks on a dark path of lust and debauchery. Enticing men with her sexual spell she takes what she needs from them and leaves them drained of their own will. The police are at a loss, especially now that she has convinced one of their own to cum over to her dark side. Now it is up to Sgt. Dick Moore to rid the city of this lurid menace. Can he do it?
